Job Description Experienced Scrum Master who wants to help develop both working methods and systems

Do you want to help set the structure for how a team works – while contributing to the development of a central information management system?

We are now looking for a Team Coach who wants to take a central role in a team working with the development and maintenance of a business-critical system. The system is in an early phase and will be implemented broadly within the organization in the future.

This is a unique opportunity for you who are passionate about agile leadership and improvement work. In the long run, the role can also be combined with responsibilities within business analysis or a more technical direction.

About the Role

As a Team Coach, you will become a key person in building an efficient, self-managing, and high-performing team. Since the system is in an early stage, you will have great opportunities to influence and establish working methods, structure, and culture from the ground up.

You will:

• Actively coach and develop the team's agile working methods
• Establish and further develop the team's working methods and processes
• Drive and facilitate agile forums with a clear focus on value and effect
• Work systematically with continuous improvements – from insight to implemented change
• Ensure clarity regarding:

• Definition of Done
• Backlog structure and prioritization
• Workflow and delivery capability

• Support the team in balancing development, maintenance, and long-term quality

The role can develop and be combined with, for example:

• Business analysis (requirement management, business dialogue, and information flows), or
• Technical development/system maintenance

Qualifications

We are looking for you who not only want to follow an agile framework, but who want to understand, develop, and improve how teams actually work.

You:

• Have several years of experience as a Scrum Master, Team Coach, or similar role
• Have a strong drive to develop working methods and teams
• Thrive in an environment where processes and structures are still being formed, and see it as an opportunity to influence
• Have experience with:

• Retrospectives and improvement work
• Sprint planning and team structure
• Definition of Done and quality work

• Are communicative, unpretentious, and skilled at building trust

Meritorious

• Experience with information management, data-related areas, or platform-close teams
• Experience with systems that have gone from the construction phase to broad implementation
• Competence in requirements analysis
