You will step into a socially important initiative where electronic monitoring is to be introduced for young people in institutional care and in other interventions related to social services. The assignment involves creating a technically robust, secure, and user-friendly solution that works in practice, meets requirements within GDPR, the DOS Act, and NIS2, and can be integrated with existing IT infrastructure as well as relevant actors such as social services and the police.

You drive the technical aspects from procurement to implementation in an environment where information security, regulatory compliance, and collaboration are crucial. Here you get to work closely with both operations and technology in a complex project where the right solution makes a real difference.

• You lead the technical aspects of introducing electronic monitoring and create structure, progress, and clear decisions throughout the project.
• You are responsible for requirements specification, evaluation, and implementation of technical solutions, such as monitoring systems and related IoT solutions.
• You drive the work of getting the solution installed in the operation's own environment and coordinate the development and implementation of own applications.
• You ensure that the solution is integrated with existing IT infrastructure and works together with relevant external actors.
• You use a hybrid project model where clear requirements specification, procurement, and documentation are combined with agile working methods for development, testing, and ongoing check-ins.
• You follow up on issues regarding information security, personal data management, and legal requirements throughout the implementation.
• You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including international suppliers, to create a solution that is sustainable both technically and operationally.

• At least 4 years of experience as a technical project manager in projects of at least 1500 hours.
• Experience in procurement and evaluation of technical solutions, such as monitoring systems or IoT.
• Documented knowledge of real-time protocols such as GPS, RFID, and LTE/5G.
• Experience with information security and GDPR.
• Experience working with international suppliers.
• Experience with project management according to PPS, PRINCE2, or equivalent.

• Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or SAFe in combination with the waterfall model.
• Knowledge of the DOS Act.
• Experience with crisis preparedness and continuity planning for IT systems.
• Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
