We are now looking for a UX/UI Designer for our Consumer Apps team, with a focus on the PostNord App, which is currently widely used in Sweden, Denmark, and Finland – and soon also in Norway. Here, you will work on a product where every detail you design makes a difference.

As a UX/UI Designer here, you work hands-on through the entire design process – from understanding problems and user needs to developing solutions that are implemented in the product.

The role has a clear emphasis on UI and visual craftsmanship. At the same time, the work involves navigating complexity – understanding business rules, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving initiatives forward within the organization.

You will:

• Take ownership of designing concrete flows, features, and interfaces
• Create wireframes, interaction design, prototypes, and final UI
• Ensure high quality, accessibility, and consistency in deliverables
• Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to drive solutions forward
• Become a key part of realizing and further developing the design work together with the UX Lead.

We believe you:

• Have experience designing digital products for native apps (UX/UI)
• Are comfortable working independently, but also open to feedback and guidance
• Have a strong eye for UI, details, and visual craftsmanship
• Have in-depth knowledge of Figma (including components, variables, or similar workflows)
• Understand how to design robust flows with different states and edge cases
• Have a good understanding of both UX and UI – and how they interact in practice
• Have experience working closely with developers and navigating technical constraints
• Have knowledge of WCAG and accessibility
• Are self-motivated and drive work forward in a complex environment
• Are strong in stakeholder management and communication

We place great importance on attitude and working methods. We believe you enjoy solving problems, collaborating, and tackling complex challenges – rather than focusing solely on “new features” or large redesigns.

Extra important for the role:

• Understanding of platform-specific design principles (iOS / Android) and their limitations
• Ability to justify design decisions based on these principles
• Experience with design systems – you don’t need to own one, but should be able to work and contribute within one
• Ability to create and work with components and structures at larger scales

Advantageous:

• Experience in large organizations or complex product environments
• Experience with mobile apps with high user volume
• Interest in how AI can be used to streamline design or workflows
• Experience with tools/workflows such as Jira, design tokens, or similar
