Your responsibilities
In the role of 1st Line Support Technician, you receive and handle incoming cases via phone, email, and case management systems. You will work on troubleshooting technical issues regarding both hardware and software, as well as perform basic network troubleshooting. In addition, you work with standard applications and systems, as well as company-specific ones. You document cases and escalate them to 2nd Line when necessary.
Your profile
We are looking for a service-oriented and solution-focused 1st Line Support Technician who wants to become part of a motivated IT team. In this role, you are the first point of contact to help users with technical questions and problems. You play a key role in ensuring that the IT environment runs smoothly and that employees receive fast and professional assistance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in IT support
- Knowledge of Windows and Office 365
- Experience with case management systems and working according to the ITIL framework
- Experience with account management in Active Directory
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Communicative, service-oriented, and enjoys helping others
Merits
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
- IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA)
