In this role, you step into a socially important IT environment where M365 is a central platform for communication, collaboration, and information management. The focus is on keeping a complex hybrid environment stable and secure, while you contribute to development and improvement with special responsibility for Exchange Online.

You work in a municipal operation where the demands for availability, structure, and secure handling of information are high. • You are responsible for the operation, administration, and development of the M365 suite with a special focus on Exchange Online.
• You provide qualified Level 3 technical support and handle more complex issues within the M365 environment.
• You work in a hybrid environment with Exchange on-premises and Exchange Online and contribute to migration-related activities.
• You manage Microsoft licenses and ensure a functioning solution from both a user and administrator perspective.
• You work with Exchange Online Protection, including Anti-Spam and Threat Response.
• You use Microsoft Purview with a focus on auditing correspondence via the organization's collaboration tools.
• You share knowledge and train an internal resource to contribute to continuity and long-term administration.

• Experience in operation, administration, development, and support within M365, with a special focus on Exchange Online.
• Experience working in a hybrid environment with Exchange on-premises and Exchange Online.
• Experience in projects where Exchange has been migrated from on-premises to online.
• Experience with Microsoft license management.
• Good understanding of the entire M365 suite from both a user and administrator perspective.
• Experience with Exchange Online Protection including Anti-Spam and Threat Response.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview with a focus on auditing correspondence.
• Experience from municipal operations and/or public administration.
• Experience in similar assignments.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance check (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted).
