You will work hands-on with UX and UI while also contributing to discovery and alignment across stakeholders and engineering. • You will drive UX and UI design work from early exploration to more defined concepts.
• You will lead and contribute to workshops and discovery sessions to clarify needs, challenges, and opportunities.
• You will work closely with engineers to align design intent with implementation.
• You will use tools such as Miro, Figma, and Teams in your day-to-day collaboration.
• You will support simple automation processes through Co-Pilot agents where relevant.
• You will help move conversations forward in settings with senior stakeholders and challenging dialogue.

• Solid experience in UX and UI design.
• Ability to collaborate closely with engineers.
• Experience facilitating workshops and discovery sessions.
• Hands-on experience with Miro, Figma, and Teams.
• Ability to work with simple automation processes through Co-Pilot agents.
• Senior level experience and confidence in managing challenging stakeholder conversations.
