About the role

In this role, you work as a consultant at the client's site, covering for an existing resource. You are responsible for the operation and further development of the M365 platform, with a special focus on Exchange Online and hybrid environments. The role also involves supporting the business and contributing to knowledge transfer.

• Be responsible for Exchange Online and related services
• Collaborate with other technicians and the business
• Contribute to competence transfer and staff training

Responsibilities

The assignment involves broad responsibility within Microsoft 365, where you work both operationally and strategically. The focus is on ensuring a secure and efficient platform for the business.

• Operation, administration, and development of the M365 environment
• Manage and optimize Exchange Online in a hybrid environment
• Plan and execute migration from on-premises to the cloud
• Work with Exchange Online Protection (EOP), including Anti-Spam and Threat Response
• Manage licensing within Microsoft 365
• Work with Microsoft Purview and information management
• Provide support in 3rd line support and resolve complex cases

Your background

To succeed in the role, you are an experienced consultant with good competence in Microsoft 365 and experience working in larger organizations, preferably within the public sector.

• Experience with hybrid environments (Exchange on-premises and Exchange Online)
• Experience migrating to Exchange Online
• Experience with license management within Microsoft
• Broad knowledge of the entire M365 suite
• Experience working in public sector or similar
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

Merits

It is an advantage if you have experience in related areas within security and information management.
