About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and hands-on Repair & Recycle Technician. In this role, you will work with troubleshooting, repair, and resetting of IT equipment. The equipment comes from both our own organization and external customers.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and reset IT equipment such as computers (PCs), printers, monitors, and scanners
• Replace components and perform mechanical tasks
• Ensure equipment meets quality requirements before delivery
• Document completed work and handle cases according to established routines

Qualifications:

• Basic experience with IT and good computer skills
• Interest in and understanding of IT hardware
• Hands-on and comfortable with screwing and working with technical equipment
• Meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious

Previous experience with repair, rework, or technical support is an asset, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
