About the Role:Justera is currently seeking, on behalf of a client, an experienced and driven IT Project Manager for the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) in Stockholm. This is not just any project; you will step into the heart of a national government assignment aimed at transforming and establishing processes for access to health data in Sweden.
In the role of Senior Project Manager (Level 4), you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a critical sub-project. Your focus will be on building bridges between technical architecture and business needs in an environment where security and integration requirements are extremely high. The assignment involves extensive coordination between various government agencies and stakeholders, requiring both diplomatic finesse and technical substance.
Your main responsibilities include:Project Management & Coordination: Lead a complex sub-project within the framework of a government assignment, with a focus on health data.
Stakeholder Management: Navigate and coordinate collaborations between multiple government agencies and external partners.
Technical Governance: Drive issues regarding architecture, system integration, and infrastructure for large data volumes.
Requirements & Procurement: Be responsible for requirements gathering, development of solution proposals, and preparation of procurement documentation.
Delivery Management: Ensure that deliveries are made according to strict schedules and meet the organization's high quality standards.

Experience: You are an IT Project Manager at Level 4 with many years of experience in large-scale digitalization projects spanning multiple organizations.
Technical Expertise: You have deep knowledge in technical project management, specifically regarding infrastructure, integrations, and complex IT environments.
Architecture & Data: You are used to working closely with architects and have experience with technical infrastructure for handling large data volumes.
Public Sector: You have solid experience working within the government agency sector or other parts of the public sector.
Communication: You are skilled at documenting, preparing decision-making materials, and communicating with both technicians and decision-makers.
Merits:
