We are now looking for an experienced IT Change Manager for an exciting consulting assignment with one of our customers in Stockholm. Your responsibilities

As an IT Change Manager, you are responsible for the daily management and coordination of the organization's change management process. You ensure that changes are carried out according to established processes, guidelines, and regulations while meeting the business's needs in an efficient manner.

In the role, you will among other things:

  • Lead and coordinate the daily work within IT Change Management
  • Prioritize, distribute, and follow up on activities related to the change process
  • Ensure compliance with processes, policies, and compliance requirements
  • Handle and escalate deviations as needed
  • Plan and support the implementation of internal and external audits
  • Lead the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and ensure that decided changes are carried out according to plan
  • Identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives within process development and automation
  • Support the business in matters related to change management, working methods, and processes
  • Create, analyze, and follow up on reports and relevant key performance indicators
  • Collaborate closely with the business, process owners, and other stakeholders to develop and ensure an effective change process

The role offers the possibility to work fully remote within Sweden.

Your profile

We are looking for you who are independent, driving, and have a strong ability to create structure in complex environments. You are used to taking ownership of processes and have an easy time building trust and collaboration with different stakeholders.

You thrive in a coordinating role where you get to combine leadership, communication, and process development. At the same time, you have an analytical approach and a large focus on quality, risk management, and continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • Documented experience working as an IT Change Manager
  • Experience leading and facilitating the Change Advisory Board (CAB)
  • Experience with IT Change Management in larger and complex IT environments
  • Basic knowledge of ServiceNow
  • Good communication skills and experience collaborating with several different stakeholders
  • Self-starting work style with good leadership skills
  • Good ability to plan, prioritize, and drive work forward

Meritorious

  • Experience with IT Change Management in international or global organizations
  • Experience with process improvements and automation initiatives
