About the role

At InfraCom, we are currently looking for a Senior IT Consultant to strengthen our consulting operations and help our customers in their digital journey. We are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with customers in a TAM (Technical Account Manager) or similar role, and who is comfortable leading both technical and business discussions with clients. Together with your colleagues, you will take overall responsibility for our delivery to the customer, assisting them with everything from strategic advisory to technical implementation.

High service standards and a solution-oriented mindset are key. You must be able to collaborate effectively within our organization, as internal service is just as important as the service we provide to our customers.

You will join a highly competent team and work with technical issues and the development of solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer-oriented consulting.
• Strong knowledge of solutions based on Microsoft platforms:
  • Microsoft 365 – Entra ID, Intune, Defender.
  • Azure – server and networking, IaaS, and PaaS.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft server/client environments.
• Good knowledge of networking.
• Plus: Certifications in relevant areas.
• Plus: Experience in project management.
