Our clients within banking and finance are continuously driving major change and development initiatives in IT, digitalization, regulations, security, data, infrastructure, and business-critical system support. We are now looking for senior IT Project Managers who can take responsibility for driving complex assignments forward in environments with high demands for structure, quality, collaboration, and regulatory compliance.

This role may include:

• Leading and driving complex IT, change, and transformation projects
• Coordinating operations, IT, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Ensuring progress, prioritization, risk management, and clear reporting
• Working closely with agile teams, product owners, architects, specialists, and management
• Contributing to improved ways of working, governance, processes, and project structure
• Driving initiatives in areas such as digitalization, compliance, security, data, cloud, infrastructure, or system modernization

Your background

We are looking for someone with:

• Several years of experience in IT project leadership within complex organizations
• Experience with large-scale change, implementation, or transformation projects
• Good understanding of banking, finance, or other regulated industries
• Experience working at the intersection of business, IT, and external suppliers
• Experience with agile ways of working, project governance, and cross-functional teams
• Ability to handle risks, dependencies, schedules, and decision-making materials
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar

It is an advantage if you have experience in areas such as regulatory requirements, information security, cloud, data/AI, payments, customer-facing digital services, infrastructure, core banking, system modernization, or large platform changes. As a person, you are structured, communicative, and driven. You create clarity in complex environments, build trust with various stakeholders, and have the ability to get teams and organizations to work towards common goals.

About the assignment

You will be hired out to one of our clients through Intenso Interim. The assignments are also suitable for those with their own business. The scope and duration of the assignment will be determined in dialogue with the client. Please apply as soon as possible!
