We are looking for a Consulting Unit Manager in Stockholm who wants to lead close to the operations, support their employees in ongoing assignments, and play a central role in our continued expansion. The role involves contributing to the management group's work with recruitment, competence development, and customer dialogues.

Your role as Consulting Unit Manager within Systems Security

Your role as Consulting Unit Manager involves leading and developing our team in Stockholm within systems security (English: Safety, the property of not causing harm to persons, property, or the environment), with assignments primarily directed towards the defense industry and authorities. You have overall responsibility for your unit and work closely with your employees, where you coach, follow up, and create conditions for both well-being and performance.

You drive the business forward in an environment characterized by growth and change, where you are responsible for developing both the business and the employees' competencies in line with the organization's needs. The role also involves building strong relationships, internally and externally, and actively contributing to collaborations and businesses that extend beyond your own consulting unit.

As part of the management group, you influence direction and priorities, while promoting an inclusive and engaging leadership style. You combine business acumen with a genuine interest in people and share our ambition to contribute to a safer society.

Who are you?

You are an engaged and relationship-building leader who thrives working closely with both people and technology. With natural drive and a good ability to listen and coach, you build trust with both employees and customers. You take initiative, see opportunities, and have a desire to develop both individuals and the business, while being confident in making decisions and driving the work forward.

We see that you have experience within systems security and a relevant higher education degree. You have a few years of work experience and enjoy combining your leadership with assignments in the operations. The role implies that you are an present leader who is on-site together with your team most of the time. The position is located in Stockholm.

As the position involves work covered by defense secrecy, you must undergo and pass a security clearance with register check.
