We are currently looking for hourly substitutes for our wonderful preschools Lilla Lillgården and Lillgården in Tungelsta, Haninge. Do you enjoy having fun at work, like working flexibly, and are interested in working with children aged 1-5? Do not hesitate to send us an application!

About the role

As an hourly substitute with us at Pysslingen Preschools, you will work in groups with children aged 1-5. The need may cover both short-term replacements and longer-term substitute positions if required. This offers the possibility of flexible work where your availability dictates the schedule.

Your tasks include conducting activities both indoors and extensively outdoors, as well as relieving regular educators with practical tasks.

If employed as an hourly substitute, you must be able to step in on short notice when regular staff are absent. Therefore, you must be responsible and have a high degree of flexibility, as the work requires you to quickly adapt to new environments. You must have good knowledge of the Swedish language and find it easy to both collaborate and work independently within a team, as well as have the ability to contribute to a functioning operation together with your colleagues.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a high school diploma or other education deemed equivalent by the employer
• Has good collaborative skills
• Believes every meeting is significant
• Is curious and a co-researcher
• Wants to learn together with the children
• Is attentive and respectful
• Keeps the mission and the children in focus

It is an advantage if you have a degree as a childcare worker and/or previous experience working in preschools.

Employment type

The position is a fixed-term employment with an hourly wage.
