About the role As a group leader, your work is divided between administrative responsibilities and working directly with participants in the groups. You are active in the operations, working directly with participants while handling administrative tasks such as staffing, ordering, updating risk assessments, incident reports, and documentation. In your role, you lead the daily work by introducing, coaching, and creating participation in the activities. Furthermore, you ensure high quality in the operations and work based on Nytida's pedagogical framework to provide the best possible support and conditions for the service users. Naturally, you also contribute to a good working climate and good relationships with the facility's customers and relatives. This is done by being present and supportive, answering questions, leading, giving feedback, and confirming your colleagues in everyday life. You report to the facility manager and are part of the facility's management team. The employment is 100% and is located during daytime, Monday to Friday.

About Hammarby Day Activity Centre Hammarby Day Activity Centre offers meaningful tasks for people with functional variations, adapted to the individual's needs and conditions. Security is created through fixed groups and personally tailored activities. The facility has 48 full-time positions with the possibility of external internships. The target group is adults within person circle 1. An engaged team of approximately 17 people, including an occupational therapist, a development manager, and a craft pedagog, works in the facility, which is operated by Nytida on behalf of the City of Stockholm.

Hammarby Day Activity Centre is located on Södermalm, between Vitabergsparken and northern Hammarbyhamnen, with excellent transport connections via bus, ferry, and subway (nearest station is Skanstull, approx. 15 min walk).

Your experience and knowledge A university education in a relevant field is an asset. We also welcome you who have other formal education in combination with relevant knowledge and experience deemed equivalent. It is an asset if you have knowledge and experience of various forms of cognitive support and low-affective approach as well as work leadership. You are clear, pedagogical, and driven by getting people to grow and develop in their professional role. As a person, you are independent, unpretentious, and easy to collaborate with. You have the will and ability to lead and follow up the operations based on the company's goals and financial framework. You are initiative-taking and responsive to the service user's needs and feel a natural respect for other people.
