Education Administration
The Education Administration works within a 1–19-year perspective and covers preschool, school, and leisure centers. We work systematically and inclusively in our processes with a clear focus on children and students, which is one of the reasons for our good results in both preschool and school. Mellanvång School
Mellanvång School is a grades 1–6 school with approximately 360 students. For us, it is important that all students succeed based on their prerequisites and receive guidance and stimulation to reach as far as possible. Our educators are knowledgeable and engaged, supporting students in their learning processes so they feel involved, safe, and content. Our goal is to continuously develop our methods and knowledge so that students move on from our school with good goal achievement and strong values.
Job Responsibilities
This is an opportunity to work at a fantastic school with fun and ambitious colleagues. Teachers in grades 4–6 work in a three-teacher system where teachers follow the students through the years and belong to a grade-level team. Great emphasis is placed on structure and leadership in the classroom, as well as flexibility based on the students' learning situations. Based on student results, research, and proven experience, you will monitor the quality of teaching, as well as reflect and analyze with the aim of developing your teaching. We are looking for someone who wants to be involved, drive forward, and develop our creative students, as well as improve our already good results.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a qualified/licensed teacher for grades 4–6 with qualifications in Social Studies (SO) and Physical Education, preferably in combination with a broad qualification in other subjects. You likely have a few years of experience teaching at the middle school level.
You are familiar with curriculum documents, grading, and have a modern pedagogical approach. We also expect you to be computer-literate and knowledgeable about alternative tools. Pedagogical documentation comes naturally to you. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
