Job Opportunity: Student Assistant at Kronetorp School, Burlöv
Burlöv is an exciting municipality in the growth region between Malmö and Lund. We have a close organizational culture that enables and emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and a sustainable working life. Together, we develop our operations and create value for our citizens.
Do you want to help build the attractive, accessible, sustainable, and safe Burlöv?
Burlöv is an education municipality where we, with creativity and joy for learning, create good conditions for the future. We have close collaboration with Sweden-leading researchers regarding teaching development in preschool, primary school, and adult education. We are bold and test new innovative ideas such as VR in teaching. We think about movement in both new construction, development of outdoor environments, and offer movement analysis to our staff.
We carry out early interventions together with social services and have a joint mobile team to help students with problematic absenteeism. We follow up on goal achievement in reality and act on our results. We work to become skilled in trust-based leadership and have close leadership with few employees per manager.
About Kronetorp School
Burlöv is growing, and in August 2026, Kronetorp School will open, a modern F–6 school with fantastic learning environments and architecture for both primary school and adapted primary school. The school is located between Arlöv and Åkarp and will accommodate approximately 550 students. With a focus on learning through movement, an environment is created where students can be active in their daily lives and connect knowledge, movement, and health.
Kronetorp School is a place where every student is given the opportunity to grow – academically, socially, and as an individual. We create a learning environment characterized by safety and study peace, where all students get the best conditions to succeed. We have high expectations for both students and staff because we know it makes a difference. Through clear goals, shared responsibility, and strong engagement, we work for every student to reach their full potential.
With us, responsibility and participation are not just words – they are a natural part of everyday life. Students and employees influence, take responsibility, and actively contribute to the school's development. We believe in the power of working together. Through collaboration, trust, and a shared focus on learning, we build a strong culture where both students and adults develop and succeed – together.
