Anton Education has two primary schools, Antonskolan Blekedamm and Antonskolan Österäng, with grades from preschool to grade 9. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for you who are a qualified/specialized teacher with a focus on mathematics.

As a person, you are creative, solution-oriented, secure, and stable, and you base your planning and teaching on clarity and structure. You have good skills in meeting students' diverse needs, are easy to collaborate with, and can create and maintain good relationships. You see yourself as part of a team focused on collaboration.

In your leadership, you are clear and motivate others, creating engagement and participation. It is an advantage if you have several years of experience working in schools. You will collaborate with teachers within the work team, student health, and the management group.

As a special teacher with us, you work closely with students, teachers, and student health to support students' knowledge development. You contribute your special educational expertise in both preventive and remedial work.

The work involves, among other things:

• planning and conducting teaching for students in need of special support
• mapping students' needs and following up on interventions
• guiding and supporting teachers in special educational issues
• collaborating with the school's student health team
• contributing to the development of inclusive learning environments

We are looking for you who:

• are a qualified teacher with a special education degree
• have experience working with students in need of special support
• have experience working with reading and writing development
• have a good ability to collaborate and build trusting relationships
• are structured, solution-focused, and flexible
• have an inclusive approach and see opportunities in every student
• have a grounding in educational research and base your work on and spread research methods to strengthen students' learning

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

Permanent full-time employment starting with a 6-month probation period beginning 2026-08-17. Before being offered a position at Antonskolan, you must provide an extract from the police criminal record according to the Education Act 2 chapter 31§. Since processing time usually takes a couple of weeks, it is advisable to request a criminal record extract today.
