We are now looking for a Study and Career Advisor to support us in delivering the service "Career Guidance" on behalf of the Employment Service. Are you an engaged Study and Career Advisor? Then Ability is ready to collaborate with you to create a better world!

The Study and Career Advisor will be responsible for the cohesive guidance process for the individual and will conduct mapping conversations and individual guidance sessions. The goal is to create a well-developed career plan for each unique participant in the program. As our colleague, you will work closely with Ability's experienced leaders and colleagues to create a safe and supportive work environment. You will have the opportunity to develop and reach a high level of competence within the service, and you will be part of an extensive network that spans the entire country. Background

You have a degree in Study and Career Guidance. Experience in career guidance, mentoring/coaching, transition work, or similar is a plus but not a requirement. However, great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, previous experience, and good references. We welcome your application!
