About the role You are the rhythm, the leader, and the heartbeat of our group classes. As a group fitness instructor, your task is to guide both experienced and inexperienced participants through the session – in every pulse and every movement. We believe that training should be fun, inspiring, and accessible to everyone – and that is where you come in.

Currently, we offer over 20 different group fitness classes – ranging from strength training, functional training, cardio, and HIIT to dance, boxing, and yoga. All our group classes can be adapted to the participant's level and daily form.

The position involves a part-time role of 1 to 5 hours per week at Fitness24Seven Malmö Värnhem. Do you not have an instructor certification? No problem – if you are the right person for us, training is included in your employment.

We are looking for you To thrive and develop in the role of a group fitness instructor, we are looking for someone who is engaged, has an easy way of inspiring others, and can clearly guide them through their training. We are currently seeking an instructor for HYROX. Do you have experience with HYROX? Have you attended classes or competed and want to take the next step to teach HYROX? Naturally, you should find it easy to lead others and stand in front of an enthusiastic group of participants to speak. Your interest in training and health is a given.
