The Labour Market Administration works to promote the municipality's growth by creating conditions for residents to have lifelong learning and be self-sufficient. We do this with a focus on competence supply and through coordinated operational services to businesses, where we work to meet complex societal challenges with innovative working methods. The administration consists of three departments: Labour Market, Quality and Coordination, and Campus Trelleborg, and has approximately 100 engaged employees.

Do you want to work in a central role where you can combine structure, coordination, and close collaboration with teachers, students, and the working life? We are now looking for an engaged and solution-oriented coordinator for our adult education.

Responsibilities

In the role of coordinator, you have an important function in creating structure, quality, and momentum in the operation. You work with coordinating development projects and contribute to planning and allocating resources efficiently. A central part of the work involves collecting, compiling, and following up on financial and student data as a basis for the operation's development and quality assurance. You are also responsible for daily administration and function as support for students in their study situation.

The work includes quality-assuring administrative routines and developing and using checklists for course start, closure, and follow-up, which ensures a uniform and professional handling throughout the education process. You have an important role in contact with the working life, where you are responsible for coordinating work placement (APL) sites. Through ongoing dialogue with companies and partners, you build and maintain relationships that are crucial for the quality and relevance of the education.

Furthermore, you function as an operational and administrative support in various projects and contribute to coordinating activities as well as documenting processes and results. The role involves many contact points and requires you to be flexible, structured, and have a good ability to prioritize.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is an educated study and career counsellor (SYV) or has work experience that the employer assesses as equivalent. You should have experience of school development as well as administrative work and coordination, preferably within educational operations or in collaboration with the business community. You have good organizational skills, work carefully, and enjoy a role where you take your own responsibility while collaborating with others. You communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, and are accustomed to working in digital systems.

We are looking for someone who is structured and has a strong holistic perspective, while also having the ability to create order and clarity. You keep yourself updated on relevant laws and regulations and have a good ability to translate this into practice.

You must have a very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing, as the job involves establishing routines, following them up, and formulating documents at an overarching level. You should be comfortable speaking in front of groups and conveying your message to different target groups. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required, as the job involves visits to companies.
