About the Education Administration and Svarte School

The Education Administration is responsible for preschool, primary school, leisure centers, upper secondary school, adult education, and child/student health services. Approximately 1,100 employees create a safe and developmental school and childcare environment here.

Svarte School is a grades 1–6 school with about 200 students and is part of the Väster school district, together with the units in Sövestad and Hedeskoga.

We Are Looking for You!

We are currently seeking two engaged colleagues who want to become part of Svarte School and the Väster district. We want you to be ready to roll up your sleeves and, together with other educators, create a leisure center based on care, development, and learning – pieces that form a whole in the teaching provided. The goal is to stimulate students' learning and create a meaningful leisure experience.

One of the positions is targeted at leisure center teachers with qualification to teach physical education.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily work of the leisure center based on the curriculum and set goals.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate teaching at the leisure center.
• Identify and address students' needs, interests, and experiences.
• Create, develop, and participate in daily practical tasks and routines at the leisure center.
• For one of the positions: Teach physical education in grades 1 and 2.

Qualifications

We are looking for a certified leisure center teacher. For one of the positions, qualification to teach physical education is required. Experience in this role is an asset.

You have good knowledge of the school's governing documents and work based on them naturally. You take responsibility for your own learning, follow up, and reflect on your teaching. You have a solution-focused and enthusiastic approach with a good ability to work both in teams and independently. We value engagement and interest in development issues.

You see opportunities where others see challenges and have experience with NPF (Neurodevelopmental Disorders) as well as the ability to lead work on adapting and developing the learning environment. You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

• Salary Form: Monthly salary.
