About the role

As a children and youth instructor, you will lead movement classes for children of various ages on weekends. You are the one who sets the tone in the group – with joy, engagement, and safety. The classes are held in a course format for about 14 weeks per term (autumn/spring), including trial sessions and a concluding show. You will typically lead 1–3 classes per weekend, depending on the club's needs.

You need to be available for training on June 6-7 in Gothenburg, and participate in an audition on April 15.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has energy, empathy, and a big heart for children

• Can lead a group with warmth, imagination, and playfulness

• Understands that joy in movement is more important than perfect technique

• Ideally has experience working with children (but it is not a requirement)

• Is responsible, communicative, and confident in themselves
