We are now strengthening our team at Magra School with a leisure teacher specializing in sports and are looking for you who want to continue developing our leisure center together with colleagues and students into a place where students thrive, are active in their learning, develop their abilities, and feel involved.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the pedagogical planning of the leisure center that you implement, evaluate, and follow up. The assignment is about creating conditions for learning and development, promoting good social relationships, and encouraging play and positive interaction. You have great opportunities to put your own stamp on the content and try out your thoughts and ideas. In your role, you will create conditions for all students to have good development in a stimulating environment where playful learning is the focus.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements for the position:

• Educated and certified leisure teacher, preferably with a specialization in sports.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.

We would like you to have previous experience of similar assignments and pedagogical work.

To succeed in the role, you have a good pedagogical ability and understanding of people's different conditions for absorbing knowledge. You are communicative and find it easy to build relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You have the ability to see the big picture, view issues from a broader perspective, and see opportunities in changes. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Furthermore, we also see that you have a reflective and scientific approach to your own teaching and are open to sharing your knowledge.
