Driving Instructor Wanted for Growing Körkoncept Driving School!

We at Körkoncept Driving School are now looking for an engaged and driven driving instructor who wants to join us on our continued journey forward.

About Us

Körkoncept Driving School started in 2021 and has quickly grown into a valued training place for future drivers. We currently train in category B and will soon also offer Risk Training Part 1 and Introduction Training.

Our ambition is greater than just helping students obtain their driver's license.

We want to create safe, aware, and secure drivers for life.

With us, every student receives:

- A personal training plan

- Adaptation according to level, needs, and goals

- Engaged support all the way to the driver's license

And yes – we are really good at what we do. Plus, we have fun along the way.

About the Role

As a driving instructor with us, you will play a central role in our students' journey. You:

- Plan and conduct driving lessons

- Adapt teaching to each individual

- Strengthen the student's confidence and driving ability

- Follow up on progress and assist with planning

- Contribute to a positive and professional experience

We are looking for someone who:

- Is a qualified driving instructor (category B) and meets the requirements of the Swedish Transport Agency

- Is passionate about teaching and developing others

- Is flexible, pedagogical, and solution-oriented

- Has patience and is good at building relationships

- Always puts the student first

- Enjoys working both independently and in a team

We place great importance on your personal qualities. Your attitude, engagement, and ability to meet people are just as important as your formal qualifications.

Meritorious (but not required):

- Qualification to conduct Risk Training Part 1 and/or Introduction Training
