We are looking for an IT Specialist for Sh bygg, stone and construction. You will have a central role where you handle daily IT issues and build the structures needed for the future.

You will be part of the company's internal IT and report to the IT and Digitalization Manager. The role involves significant personal responsibility with independent planning, while collaborating with the team as needed. An important part of the assignment is to create order and clarity through documentation, routines, and improved processes.

Location: On-site at the headquarters in Uppsala

• Provide hands-on user support – both on-site in Uppsala and via remote assistance.

• Develop, document, and improve routines for On- and Offboarding to ensure that the right equipment, permissions, and processes follow clear standards.

• Create and maintain documentation – both user instructions (self-help) and internal technical documentation.

• Be responsible for Lifecycle Management such as purchasing, configuring, inventory management, and deployment of hardware.

• Work proactively to create structure and replace ad-hoc solutions with stable, future-proof processes.

• Support other IT functions within the team as needed and contribute to improvement initiatives.

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience from an IT helpdesk and who thrives in a role where structure, quality, and service are in focus. You enjoy order and systematics and see the charm in building processes that work over time. You are solution-oriented and see opportunities.

• Experience as an IT specialist, support technician, or IT technician, approximately 4 years or more.

• Good familiarity with Microsoft 365, including Office, Teams, OneDrive/SharePoint.

• Experience in administration of Active Directory / Entra ID.

• Interest in or experience with Microsoft Intune and modern client management (Windows, iOS, Android).

• Basic understanding of ITIL and structured IT work.

• Driver's license B is a plus (travel to project offices may occur).

• You enjoy early mornings – working hours are 07:00–16:00.
