Your Responsibilities
As CEO, you have overall responsibility for the company's strategy, finances, and operational results. This includes:

• Leading and developing the organization with a focus on efficiency, quality, financial sustainability, and growth
• Having overall responsibility for budget, results, forecasts, and financial follow-up, as well as ensuring good cost control
• Creating conditions for employees and managers to take responsibility for goals, results, and continuous improvement
• Driving strategic initiatives within transition, recruitment, and training
• Ensuring good relationships with owners, customers, partners, and authorities
• Monitoring and developing the quality, deliveries, and business models of the organization
• Representing Aventus in relevant contexts and strengthening the company's market position

We are looking for someone who:

• Has documented experience as a CEO or in another leadership position with clear result and financial responsibility, preferably in the education, labor market, or service sector
• Has strong business acumen and strategic insight, combined with a secure and value-driven leadership style
• Is accustomed to leading through others and creating engagement, accountability, and participation among employees
• Has experience in change management and development of service deliveries in complex organizations
• Thrives in an organization with multiple stakeholders, social missions, and long-term goals
• Has excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
