About Us

The Elderly and Care Administration is now strengthening its digital capabilities and creating a new unit for service management and support.

The administration is leaving the previous collaboration model and taking full responsibility for its operational systems, where you will play an important role in building work methods, structure, and culture for modern service management.

The unit is responsible for service management, support, and assistance in mobile working methods. The support group primarily helps employees and managers using self-service, while mobile working methods provide practical support to staff close to care recipients in their digital tools.

As a leader, you will drive the development of the unit's processes and service offerings so that the operations receive the right support and our solutions maintain high quality. The role also includes working with clarity in governance and follow-up, as well as providing feedback to employees. You will start with responsibility for management, budget, and working environment for about ten employees, and you will gain increasing responsibility as operational systems are transferred to the administration.

About You

• University degree of at least 120 higher education credits
• Documented several years of managerial experience
• Technical competence and experience in driving or leading system and service management
• Experience in leading complex digitalization issues and building new work methods and structures
• Managed operations in accordance with ITIL

Meritorious

• Experience from municipal care and support operations
• Experience with the Public Procurement Act (LOU)
• Knowledge of municipal operational systems for care and support
