Do you want to be responsible for building a Nordic business area within commercial pool solutions?
Fluidra Nordic is part of an international group with its own production and distribution of a wide and competitive product range. The group has a strong international presence and access to solid expertise, experience, and networks. In the Nordics, the operations are based in Gothenburg and have developed positively in recent years.
The role is new and a strategic initiative in the group's international investment. You have a clear responsibility for building the business in the Nordics through business development and project sales.
About the role As Business Area Manager, you have overall responsibility for commercial pool solutions and related products and systems, focusing on projects in the Nordics.
The role is strongly sales-driven and involves responsibility for complex deals with longer sales cycles. You own the business all the way – from early customer dialogue to contracts, delivery, and follow-up.
You drive both sales operationally and shape the strategic development of the business area with the support of the group's resources, expertise, and product portfolio.
Main responsibilities
Identify, initiate, and drive business and projects
Work consultatively with customers such as hotels, swimming facilities, municipalities, property developers, as well as architects and consultants
Participate in early project phases, procurements, and discussions about solutions and business arrangements
Be responsible for quotation work, calculations, pricing, and negotiations
Coordinate internal resources within technology, projects, logistics, and delivery
Follow up on business results, pipeline, and customer relationships
Contribute to the development of the business area's offerings
We are looking for someone who has:
Experience in sales and business development within B2B
Experience from the pool industry, water treatment, HVAC, water supply, construction, or related technical fields
Experience in driving complex deals with longer sales cycles
Good business understanding and experience in quotation work, calculations, and negotiations
Ability to work consultatively and build long-term customer relationships
Technical understanding and interest, as well as the ability to grasp new products and solutions
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
Driver's license and ability to travel for work
It is an advantage if you have experience in project sales, procurement, project management, or close collaboration with project and delivery organizations. An academic background in engineering, economics, construction, or equivalent, as well as experience from an international environment, is also a plus.

You are business-minded, curious, and relationship-building, with the ability to see the big picture – from the customer's needs to business arrangements, delivery, and long-term relationships. You thrive in a role where sales are relationship- and project-based, with commercial customers and longer business processes.
You are eager to learn, unpretentious, and enjoy roles that are not yet fully defined.
The head office is located in Gothenburg, but the role can be based in another location and involves travel for work.
