The Job as Team Leader

As a team leader, you will lead a group of about 30 employees working on a customer assignment within cleaning services. In close collaboration with the Area Manager, you support our employees in discovering and developing their skills to eventually leave Samhall for another employer. You do this best by getting to know your employees and working closely with them in their daily tasks.

In your daily work, you ensure that everything functions as it should to create the best possible conditions for our employees to develop and for our customers to be satisfied. You report to the Operations Manager.

You will have a national network while also being part of a local district where you have your closest colleagues and report to the operations manager. What do you bring to the role?

As a team leader, you are operational, present, and see what needs to be done. Having experience from and thriving in a fast-paced environment with a focus on people is a requirement.

To thrive and succeed in the role, we believe you have:

• Experience in a leadership role in the cleaning services field

• Previously worked with administration, documentation, and have good system skills

• High school diploma

• Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form

• Driver's license B

The customer assignment will require security classification, which means you will need to undergo a security classification with an accompanying background check as part of the recruitment process.
