We have full-service facilities with car sales, service workshops, and spare parts sales in Falköping, Skövde, Alingsås, Trollhättan, Borås, Jönköping, Värnamo, and Partille. In Skövde and Trollhättan, there are also authorized service workshops for Lexus.

We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Area Manager for the Collision Workshops at Lindströms Bil in Skövde, Trollhättan, Borås, Jönköping, and Värnamo, who wants to take overall responsibility by leading, developing, and optimizing processes within all collision workshops in the organization and ensuring that operations are conducted according to our values, routines, and quality goals.

• Overall responsibility for the collision operations and its results.

• Lead and develop the work environment according to the company's policy and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations.

• Drive continuous improvements and optimize processes within the collision workshops.

• You have financial responsibility for budget, results, overhead costs, and investment proposals.

• Ensure information flow between departments and follow up on customer experience and damage statistics.

• Actively work with insurance company agreements and drive the development of the collision operations together with the Service Market Manager.

• Prepare and present reports, analyze key figures, and initiate actions in case of deviations.

• You have documented experience in leadership and personnel responsibility.

• Have a good understanding of collision workshop processes and the service market.

• Are analytical, structured, and have a strong business drive.

• Have the ability to create engagement and drive change initiatives.

A valid driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, are required. Experience with Kabas and Kobra is an advantage.
