Do you want to lead a mission where service, business, and development meet every day?
Together with one of Sweden's leading players in the manufacturing industry, Coor is developing the FM services of the future. We are now looking for a contract manager with overall responsibility for our Soft FM delivery within cleaning, industrial cleaning, and workplace services. This is a role for you who want to combine strategy and analysis with present leadership and the ability to drive development and operational efficiency. Welcome to Coor – where you make a real difference.
Who are we?
Coor is a secure employer with a warm, inclusive culture and good development opportunities. We are an innovative service company with high ambitions and a focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and sustainability. Our strength lies in the combination of structure, commitment, and operational excellence.
About the role
We are on an exciting journey of change and development where we are streamlining our operations through a more data-driven approach and technology (sensors, robots, and AI).
As a contract manager, you take a comprehensive approach to the Soft FM delivery. You are responsible for ensuring that we deliver the right quality and meet customer expectations while working safely and achieving our profitability goals. The role involves leading through others by setting direction, structure, and conditions. You follow up and analyze results and KPIs and translate the analysis into actions that drive the business in the right direction.
What will you work with?
You will lead our Soft FM delivery to a large industrial customer, including cleaning, workplace services, and industrial cleaning. You set direction, create structure, and ensure quality and results. Together with the customer and internal specialists, you drive development and change to strengthen the business moving forward.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the business
- Be a trusted partner to the customer: nurture relationships, ensure close customer dialogues, negotiate and follow up on agreements
- Plan, analyze, and follow up on KPIs (quality, work environment, economy)
- Balance stakeholders and create consensus around goals, priorities, and resource situation
- Lead change and development initiatives – from current situation analysis and target image to implementation, training, follow-up, and impact measurement
- Optimize resource planning and staffing in a labor-intensive environment
- Ensure compliance with routines, work environment, safety, and customer-specific requirements
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in Hard FM and Soft FM for a seamless overall delivery
Who are you?
You are a secure, courageous, and present leader with good analytical skills and a structured approach. You prioritize and plan effectively, even when many stakeholders are involved.
You build trust through clarity and integrity, and you have the ability to balance customer demands, employee needs, safety, and business to find sustainable solutions.
You are driven by development and change and can take ideas from analysis to implementation and measurable results. You have a strong operational focus, are eager to go out into the operations to understand everyday life, and are a leader who gets things done – together with others.
Experience & Qualifications
- Several years of leadership experience in operational or complex operations
- Experience leading change and development work – from current situation and target image to implementation, training, and impact measurement
- Experience with budget work, financial follow-up, and/or contract management
- Familiarity with working in a matrix organization or assignments with multiple stakeholders
- Very good Swedish and English in speech and writing
- Good proficiency in Office suite and experience with various support systems
