About the role

As CEO, you have overall responsibility for the group's operations, development, and financial results in close collaboration with the companies' boards.

You lead the organization through management functions and employees to create good conditions for the business to develop with quality, stability, and professionalism.

Your leadership is characterized by trust, clarity, and humility, where you create direction and conditions for the organization's continued development.

The role includes, among other things:

• Leading the organization's strategic development
• Ensuring sustainable finances
• Developing the organization's structure, working methods, and leadership
• Promoting a good work environment and a culture characterized by respect, professionalism, and care
• Ensuring that operations are conducted in accordance with applicable legislation and regulations

As CEO, you work with leadership based on trust, where responsibility and decisions are largely made close to the operations.

We are looking for someone who

Is a confident and trustworthy leader with the ability to create stability and development in organizations. You have a strategic perspective and an unpretentious approach to leadership. You are comfortable delegating responsibility and have trust in the organization's competence.

We believe you have:

• Relevant academic degree
• Experience in leadership and operational responsibility
• Documented experience from LSS operations or related fields
• Good financial understanding and experience with budget and result responsibility
• The ability to develop organizations and create long-term structures

About us

7H Personal Assistance (personal assistance) and SHS Care (daily activities) are part of a group owned by Sjuhäradsbygdens Handikappservice economic association. The association's members consist of care recipients, participants, relatives, and employees, which gives the organization a strong commitment and a clear focus on quality and responsibility.

Within the organization, personal assistance is provided according to LSS and daily activities through the Activity House Kamgarn in Borås.
