The Service and Meal Operations area is growing and now needs to expand with an engaged and experienced unit manager for meals focused on production kitchens!

We offer a dynamic work environment where you will have the opportunity to lead and develop our meal concepts and deliveries within preschool, school, and elderly care.

The operation is characterized by a high pace and a constant strive to deliver meals of high quality. Together with your colleagues, you will create qualitative meal experiences every day for our diners, in line with budget and performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop meal production at both strategic and operational levels.
• Be responsible for personnel management, skills development, and continuous quality assurance.
• Ensure that the operation complies with current laws and guidelines.
• Budget and performance responsibility.
• Contribute with active engagement and solution focus in the management team.

Qualifications

• Relevant university education equivalent to a nutrition economist or other equivalent education.
• Several years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience in management team responsibilities.
• Able to work independently as well as in consultation with colleagues.
• Strong communication skills and good collaboration abilities at all levels.
• Interested in digital and cultural development.
• Driver's license B

Meritorious

• Experience working with projects and project management
• Experience in change management and organizational development
• Experience from both public and private meal operations
