We are now looking for more substitutes for our preschools!

About the Organization

The job as a substitute means that you will replace regular staff at short notice (often the same morning), usually for shorter assignments, when the regular staff is sick or needs to be absent. You become a hero who saves the workday! No day is like the other, which makes the job both challenging and exciting.

In the eastern area, there are six preschools located in Sköllersta, Pålsboda, and Hjortkvvarn. You can choose to apply as a substitute for all preschools or individual operations.

Job Responsibilities

As a substitute in preschool, you support the team when regular staff is absent and contribute to a safe and functioning everyday life for the children. You may participate in play and planned activities, provide care during meals, rest, and outdoor activities, and help keep the environment organized.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has flexibility, commitment, and the ability to quickly understand the needs of the organization to contribute to continuity and a safe everyday life for the children.
