JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of one of our working teams and subject teams, teaching XX for grades XX. The position also includes mentorship.

Your responsibilities include:

• planning, implementing, and following up on the teaching in the subjects you are responsible for
• analyzing teaching and results
• providing mentorship/performing class teacher duties
• parent contacts
• contributing to school development
• collaborating with the student health team, school management, and external parties
• school-wide values work
• teamwork
• working and documenting in the operational systems available

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher qualified to teach wood and metal craft for grades 7-9.

You are a confident and clear leader in the classroom with good subject knowledge and find it easy to create and maintain good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. You value and contribute to good collaboration by having an open, accommodating, and problem-solving approach. You are structured and have the ability to plan, organize, and analyze students' learning as well as your teaching structure effectively to achieve desired results.

To contribute to the school's ongoing digital development, you are expected to possess good IT skills and easily adapt to digital systems. Furthermore, you master the Swedish language in such a way that you can communicate with students, colleagues, and guardians, and you can document what the operations require in writing.

If you have experience working as a teacher after graduation, language development methods, or Swedish as a second language, it is an advantage.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
