JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of one of our teams teaching physical education and health for grades 7-9. The position also includes mentorship.

Your responsibilities include:

• planning, implementing, and following up on the teaching in the subjects you are responsible for
• analyzing teaching and results
• providing mentorship/performing class teacher duties
• parent contacts
• contributing to school development
• collaboration with student health teams, school management, and external parties
• school-wide values work
• teamwork
• working and documenting in the existing operational systems

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed teacher with qualifications to teach physical education and health for grades 7-9.

You are a confident and clear leader in the classroom and have an easy time creating and maintaining good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. You value and contribute to good collaboration by having an open, accommodating, and problem-solving approach. You are structured and have the ability to plan, organize, and analyze students' learning as well as your teaching structure in an effective way that leads to desired results.

To contribute to the school's ongoing digital development, you are expected to possess good IT skills and easily take on digital systems. Furthermore, you master the Swedish language in such a way that you can communicate with students, colleagues, and guardians, as well as document in writing what the operations require.

If you have experience working as a teacher after graduation, using language-developing methods, or teaching Swedish as a second language, it is an advantage.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
