JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of one of our work teams and teach wood and metal craft for grades 7-9. The position also includes mentorship.

Your responsibilities include:

• planning, implementing, and following up on the teaching in the subjects you are responsible for
• analyzing teaching and results
• providing mentorship/performing class leader duties
• parent contacts
• contributing to school development
• collaborating with student health teams, school management, and external parties
• school-wide value-based work
• teamwork
• working and documenting in the operational systems available

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a certified teacher with the qualifications to teach wood and metal craft for grades 7-9.

You are a confident and clear leader in the classroom and have an easy time creating and maintaining good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. You value and contribute to good collaboration by having an open, accommodating, and problem-solving approach. You are structured and have the ability to plan, organize, and analyze students' learning as well as the structure of your teaching in an effective way that leads to desired outcomes.

To contribute to the school's continued digital development, you are expected to possess good IT skills and easily adapt to digital systems. Furthermore, you master the Swedish language in such a way that you can communicate with students, colleagues, and guardians, and that you can document what the operations require in writing.

If you have experience working as a teacher after graduation, language-developing methods, or Swedish as a second language, it is an advantage.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
