JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of one of our work teams and subject teams, teaching mathematics and physics/technology or mathematics and biology/chemistry for grades 7-9. The position also includes mentorship.

Your responsibilities include:

  • planning, implementing, and following up on teaching in the subjects you are responsible for
  • analyzing teaching and results
  • providing mentorship/performing class teacher duties
  • parent contacts
  • contributing to school development
  • collaborating with student health teams, school management, and external partners
  • school-wide values work
  • teamwork
  • working and documenting in the operational systems available

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a certified teacher with qualifications to teach mathematics and physics/technology or mathematics and biology/chemistry for grades 7-9.

You are a confident and clear leader in the classroom with good subject knowledge and find it easy to create and maintain good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. You value and contribute to good collaboration by having an open, accommodating, and problem-solving approach. You are structured and have the ability to plan, organize, and analyze students' learning and your teaching structure effectively to achieve desired results.

To contribute to the school's continued digital development, you are expected to have good IT skills and easily adapt to digital systems. Furthermore, you master the Swedish language in such a way that you can communicate with students, colleagues, and guardians, as well as document what the organization requires in writing.

If you have experience working as a teacher after graduation, using language development methods, or teaching Swedish as a second language, it is an advantage.

Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
