JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of one of our subject teams and teach German and Swedish or Physical Education for grades 7-9. The position also includes mentorship.

Your job responsibilities include:

• planning, implementing, and following up on the teaching in the subjects you are responsible for
• analyzing teaching and results
• providing mentorship/performing class leader duties
• parent contacts
• contributing to school development
• collaborating with the student health team, school management, and external parties
• school-wide value-based work
• teamwork
• working and documenting in the existing operational systems

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed teacher qualified to teach German and Swedish or Physical Education for grades 7-9.

You are a confident and clear leader in the classroom with good subject knowledge and have an easy time creating and maintaining good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. You value and contribute to good collaboration by having an open, accommodating, and problem-solving approach. You are structured and have the ability to plan, organize, and analyze students' learning as well as your teaching structure in an effective way that leads to desired results.

To contribute to the school's ongoing digital development, you are expected to possess good IT skills and easily adapt to digital systems. Furthermore, you master the Swedish language in such a way that you can communicate with students, colleagues, and guardians, as well as document what the operations require in writing.

If you have experience working as a teacher after graduation, using language development methods, or teaching Swedish as a second language, it is an advantage.

Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
