Description

We are looking for a licensed preschool teacher who wants to help develop and make a difference in preschool in Ljusnarsberg.

As a preschool teacher with us, you will contribute to creating a positive and developing environment for children to learn and grow, together with your team and other colleagues. In your work, you will help ensure a good balance between care and learning for each individual child and for the entire group of children.

You who are applying for the position are inspired by children's curiosity and creativity and recognize the importance of both the group and the environment for learning. In consultation with your colleagues, you have the ability to adapt and prioritize your working methods according to the children's needs and interests.

You have good collaboration skills and easily build relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are clear and attentive in your communication and have a warm and welcoming demeanor.

The team consists of preschool teachers, childcare workers, and other staff, where you complement and inspire each other.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include working with other educators to plan, implement, and evaluate the education and teaching in preschool. This requires that you are well-versed in preschool regulations and develop and drive the work based on them. Documentation and evaluation of the work are an obvious part of your job. You have a reflective approach to children's learning and development and to your work.

During working hours, there is dedicated planning time, weekly reflection time with the team, and joint professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Preschool teacher degree with license

A valid extract from the police criminal record is required for employment.

Start date by agreement.
