Woodworking Teacher at Fröviskolan and Ekbackens School

Fröviskolan is a F–6 school with approximately 300 students, beautifully located by Lake Väringen. We are a school where everyone knows each other, and where relationships, collaboration, and engagement are at the center. With two classes in each grade, we create stable structures and good conditions for both students and staff.

Ekbackens School is an F-6 school with after-school care and a youth center. The school has pleasant learning environments, and nature is right around the corner. Currently, about 180 students attend the school, and around 25 staff members work here. Ekbackens School is located in Fellingsbro, a small community about 30 kilometers outside Örebro and 15 kilometers from Frövi. Nearby the school, there are playgrounds, an ice rink, a swimming pool for summer bathing, and exercise trails.

Both schools have clear and present school leadership. We have well-functioning student health teams with a counselor, special educator, school psychologist, and school nurse. At Fröviskolan, there is also a social pedagogue who contributes to safety and support in the students' daily lives. At Ekbackens School, there is a family supporter who works to bridge the gap between home and school. The student health services at both schools work preventively and health-promoting in close collaboration with the school's educators.

With us, you will work in schools where safety, well-being, and development go hand in hand – for both students and staff. We see opportunities in every student and care for a professional and positive working climate where both students and staff have the opportunity to grow.

The position as a woodworking teacher with us includes 70% at Fröviskolan F-6 and 30% at Ekbackens School.
