Karlskoga's adapted primary school is part of the school administration and is located in three different places. At Bråten School, there is a focus on subject areas for grades 1-9, at Sandvik School, there is a focus on subjects for grades 1-6, and at Österled School, there is a focus on subjects for grades 7-9. We have a total of about 60 students in our operations. Our school's working teams consist of teachers and support staff who work together based on the students' conditions and needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be part of one of our working teams and teach our younger students. The position also includes mentorship.
Your responsibilities include:
- planning, implementing, and following up on the teaching in the subjects you are responsible for
- analyzing teaching and results
- providing mentorship/performing class leader tasks
- parent contacts
- contributing to school development
- collaborating with the student health team, school management, and external parties
- working in teams
- working and documenting in the operational systems available
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a licensed teacher for grades F-3, preferably with additional qualifications as a special educator focused on intellectual disabilities.
You are a confident and clear leader in the classroom and have an easy time establishing and maintaining good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. You value and contribute to good collaboration by having an open, accommodating, and problem-solving approach. You are structured and have the ability to plan, organize, and analyze students' learning as well as your teaching structure effectively to achieve desired results.
To contribute to the school's continued digital development, you are expected to have good IT skills and easily adapt to digital systems. Additionally, you must master the Swedish language in a way that allows you to communicate with students, colleagues, and guardians, as well as document what the operation requires in writing.
If you have experience working as a teacher after graduation, using language development methods, or teaching Swedish as a second language, it is an advantage.
Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
