Adult Learning in Degerfors is expanding its healthcare education.

Are you passionate about the healthcare profession and want to help shape the future nursing assistants and healthcare staff? JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

With us, you will have a meaningful and varied assignment. You will teach adult students who have chosen to educate themselves in healthcare and social care, coming from various backgrounds, experiences, and goals.

You will plan and conduct lessons, mentor students during their training, and collaborate with workplaces in connection with APL. You will also be involved in developing the education to meet both the students' and the labor market's needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Have professional experience in healthcare and social care, preferably with experience in Psychology, Psychiatry, and/or disabilities.

Be a licensed vocational teacher or have relevant higher education and an interest in pedagogy.

Want to work with adult learning and believe in each individual's ability to develop.

Be confident, structured, and have a coaching approach.

If you have experience in adult education, it is an advantage, but the most important thing is your commitment and your desire to make a difference.
