JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a support pedagogue, you will work closely with the users and contribute to creating a safe, developing, and meaningful everyday life. Your main tasks will include:

• Supporting users in their daily lives, participation, and personal development.
• Working pedagogically and structured based on implementation plans and individually adapted goals.
• Implementing, developing, and following up on methods and working methods based on each user's needs and conditions.
• Using and further developing AAC and other communicative supports in daily work.
• Creating safety, meaningfulness, and participation in all aspects of everyday life.
• Collaborating with colleagues, relatives, and various professionals to ensure a holistic perspective on the users' needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained support pedagogue and who wants to help create a meaningful everyday life for our users.

We believe that you:

• Have good knowledge of LSS and experience working in group homes.
• Are well acquainted with working based on pedagogical methods and can adapt them to individual needs.
• Have experience with AAC (Alternative and Augmentative Communication), such as visual supports, sign language support, or other communicative tools.
• See communication as a foundation for participation and self-determination.
• Are innovative and solution-focused, and dare to try new working methods.
• Have energy, commitment, and a positive drive that inspires others.
• Have good collaboration skills and thrive in a team.
• Are confident in your professional role and prioritize the users' self-determination.
• It is an advantage if you have knowledge of or experience with PFA (Pedagogical Approach and Working Method) or other structured working methods.
