System Developer with Testing Experience

Every year, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency makes 21 million decisions that affect people's lives and society as a whole. We disburse approximately 260 billion SEK each year. Do you want to help develop IT solutions that make a real difference for both the organization and the citizens? The Swedish Social Insurance Agency is now looking for system developers with testing experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Work with test analysis and planning of the team's testing activities
• Perform, plan, and follow up on manual and technical tests
• Document performed tests and maintain test descriptions
• Conduct regression tests in collaboration with other testers and teams within the delivery area
• Act as the team's contact person for testing issues and participate in the delivery area's testing network.

The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have a high level of security awareness.

We are looking for someone who

• has a university degree or equivalent experience and qualifications
• acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
• collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
• has a systematic and meticulous working method
• can understand and analyze complex issues
• has good communication skills, both spoken and written
• has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is advantageous if you have

• automated testing using tools like Cypress
• performance testing
• agile working methods
• SQL, git, OpenShift, bash, linux/unix
• jira, confluence, testFlo, bitbucket or similar
• DevOps
• experience in a large IT organization
• experience in public sector work.

This is a permanent, full-time position, with start date according to agreement. A probationary period may be applicable. In accordance with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted in this recruitment. For this position, Swedish citizenship is required. There is an opportunity for remote work if the job allows. In this recruitment, psychological tests may be used as part of the selection process. Place of employment: Sundsvall.
