IT Specialist with Focus on Operations

RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to work with IT infrastructure in a role where you can develop and grow over time? We are now looking for an IT specialist with a focus on operations to join our team in the IT production unit.

The position as an operations technician gives you great opportunities to build and broaden your competence in IT infrastructure. You will work across several technical platforms and solutions from networks to server environments, navigating between both Windows and Linux systems. The role provides you with a broad technical foundation while allowing you to grow long-term in the field.

Our mission is to ensure that Bolagsverket's IT environment is accessible, stable, and secure by providing monitoring, performing daily operational routines, updates, maintenance runs, and release management. The work also includes incident management and initiating problem cases.

We are currently in the midst of an exciting development journey with constantly increasing demands for security and changes in our operations, where we continuously explore new tools and new ways of working.

We work in shifts to ensure that operations are always staffed between 06:30 and 20:00 on weekdays. On weekends, there is on-call duty with a rolling schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education in the IT field
• Experience in IT operations
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows
• Experience working in ticketing systems

You need to be able to express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Post-secondary education that includes IT infrastructure and IT security
• Experience working in a government agency
• Knowledge of security in networks and IT services
• Knowledge of monitoring systems (e.g., Zabbix)
