We are now looking for Finnish-speaking customer service representatives for our client, where you will become an important part of a family-oriented company. You will belong to a wonderful team where you encourage and support each other to achieve the goal of having 100% satisfied customers. The role suits you who enjoy customer service, are solution-oriented, and have a positive attitude. You will assist incoming customers via phone, email, and chat, where your sense of service creates a good overall experience for the customer. To thrive in the role, you are comfortable communicating in Finnish, Swedish, and English, both spoken and written. 

Responsibilities

Receive and handle support cases via phone, email, and chat.

Troubleshoot technical problems and guide users in their daily lives.

Register and follow up on cases in the case management system. 

Follow established processes and routines. 

Good collaboration skills with the team and other departments.

Qualifications

Very good sense of service and an interest in IT

Ability to work structured and maintain calm under high pressure

Good computer skills

Solution-oriented and communicative

Language requirements:

Finnish

Swedish

English

All languages are required in both spoken and written form.

Meritorious

Experience in IT support or Service Desk

Experience with case management systems, such as ServiceNow

Basic knowledge of PC environments, networks, VPN, and IT security

Working hours:

Daytime Monday–Friday 07:00–16:00
