About the Assignment

We are now looking for a senior requirements analyst/tester for CSN in Sundsvall. This assignment is suitable for you who are communicative, analytical, and driven, and who enjoys combining requirements work and testing in agile development teams.

You will initially work in the team that develops and maintains the IT support for sign language education for parents (TUFF). The team works according to Scrum and delivers multiple releases continuously.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead requirements work within the team: requirements gathering, analysis, information modeling, and documentation

• Create agile requirements artifacts such as epics, user stories, and personas

• Ensure that the backlog is updated and prioritized together with the product owner

• Actively participate in sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives

• Perform testing work: functional and non-functional testing, requirements review, test data, and test results

• Document requirements and tests in Confluence and Jira

Your Background

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 10 years of experience in requirements and testing in system development/system management

• Solid experience in agile requirements work and leading role in requirements management

• Experience in requirements and testing for both frontend and backend

• Experience in integration testing between organizations' IT environments

• Good knowledge of SQL and handling of advanced test data

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

It is a merit if you also have:

• Experience in requirements and testing within public sector or financial systems

• Worked in microservices architecture, Kubernetes, Angular, and API tools

• Knowledge of accessibility requirements (WCAG, EN301549, DOS law)

• Certification in requirements management (e.g., REQB/IREB)
