Operation, management, and further development of database services
As an IT technician in database services, you will perform installations, configurations, upgrades, and matching of various database managers. Automation and efficiency improvements are constantly in focus. You will work with incident and problem management, perform monitoring, performance tracking, and optimizations. You will collaborate in one or more database teams and contribute to the development of our database services. You will also participate in project assignments together with other colleagues from different operational areas.

The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have a strong security awareness.

We are looking for someone who

• has a university degree or equivalent experience and qualifications
• has experience working in Linux
• acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
• collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
• has good communication skills, both spoken and written
• has a systematic and meticulous working method
• can understand and analyze complex issues
• has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you

• have experience in operating database managers on Linux, e.g., PostgreSQL or Db2 or other managers
• have skills in automation and scripting
• have knowledge regarding security, logging, and traceability
• have experience with the ITIL framework.

A permanent, full-time position, with start date according to agreement. A probationary period may be applicable.
